Clinic Re-Opening

At Complete Game Physical Therapy, our number one priority is always the health and well-being of our patients, staff and families.  To help our patients and support our healthcare colleagues in the primary care, orthopedic and emergency room settings, we are reopening our clinic on a modified basis. We have begun our re-opening this week; next week, we will operate on a modified basis with our therapists working regularly scheduled hours. By following CDC, state and local board of health guidelines, we will be able to safely provide care for patients who require hands on treatment and specialized equipment.

How we will ensure the safety of our patients and team:

Screening

  • All patients will be screened for symptoms prior to their appointment.  If patients or family members are experiencing any cough, fever, sneezing, wheezing, shortness of breath or runny nose, the patient will be asked to reschedule for 14 days after symptoms subside.

  • All employees will also be screened on a daily basis for the same symptoms.  Any employee exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 will be sent home to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Upon Arrival for Your Appointment

  • Please call us at 987-710-7204 from your car when you arrive for your appointment so we can let you know when to enter the clinic.

  • We are currently allowing only one patient in the clinic at a time.

  • We are scheduling accordingly so if you need to wait it won’t be for long.

  • One parent or guardian will be permitted to accompany minors or anyone who may need assistance.

Entering the Clinic

  • When you come into the clinic, you will again be screened for symptoms.  We understand that these questions may feel repetitive, but this protocol is designed to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

  • We will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer.  Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home and reschedule when appropriate.

  • Everyone entering the clinic will be required to wear a facemask.  If you don’t have a mask, we can provide you with one.

Spacing and Distancing

  • Everyone in the clinic will be asked to maintain a distance of six feet apart whenever possible.

  • All non-essential observers, vendors and other individuals are prohibited from entering the clinic.

Hygiene

  • Team members will follow stringent hand sanitizing and hygiene protocols.

  • All treatment surfaces and equipment will be thoroughly disinfected after each use.

  • Physical therapists will wear gloves for any patient contact.

We will continue to follow the latest recommendations by the CDC, Governor, and Lowell Board of Health.  Additionally, we will continue to see patients via telehealth.

Please be in touch if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you and be safe!
