Dr. Andrew Levanti, DPT, ATC

Andy is our clinic director and has been with Complete Game PT since 2018. Andy completed his undergraduate in Athletic Training at Stony Brook University in New York prior to continuing his education at UMass Lowell graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. At Stony Brook University Andy worked with the Division I Baseball, Women’s Soccer, and Football teams, as well as club sports. During his time at UMass Lowell he served as the first Head Athletic Trainer for Club Sports. Andy’s passion is in sports medicine with special interest in shoulder and knee injuries. He has a specialty working with baseball players of all levels working to get them back out on the field. He also performs running analysis for runners of all levels both as injury prevention and part of the rehab process. His treatments are specialized to the individual he is treating with a focus on achieving their goals by understanding the functional demands of their activities. He is determined to have his patients return to the functional level they desire be it in athletics, recreational activities, or work activities. Andy grew up on Long Island in New York playing roller hockey, lacrosse, and wrestling. When not in the clinic he enjoys mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and spending time with his family.


DR. Colleen Davis, DPT

Colleen Davis, DPT joined the Complete Game family in July 2024 and is entering her 10th year of clinical practice. She brings extensive expertise from outpatient orthopedics, acute rehab, and home health settings. 

Colleen completed her undergraduate education at University of Vermont and received her doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Additionally, Colleen maintains her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and Pregnancy and Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist (PCES) certifications, as well as completing continuing education related to sports specific injuries, nutrition, and recovery.

Colleen’s areas of clinical interest include sports related injuries, chronic and post-surgical care, prenatal/postpartum care and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, interventions and gait training/balance training. 

Her personal interests include spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, skiing and running, and being outdoors.


Dr. Mike Scholz, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Mike Scholz joined the staff at Complete Game Physical Therapy in September 2022. Mike is a certified and licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Mike received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition from UMass Lowell as well. He is also trained in Neurological Dry Needling through Integrative Dry Needling. Mike’s passion is in sports medicine with a special interest in overuse injuries in aerobic and endurance athletes. Mike strives to provide high quality, patient centered care by combining his manual therapy skills with corrective exercises, patient education, and functional training techniques to help patients return to what they love to do on and off the field. He enjoys creating positive experiences for each patient and helping them reach their goals.

Mike was a co-captain and a member of the UMass Lowell Men’s Rowing team for four years. He continues to train and race competitively as a rower and has coached rowing both at the high school and collegiate level. Mike also enjoys triathlon and completed his first marathon in 2018 and his first Ironman in 2019. Mike currently lives in Lowell and in his free time enjoys rowing, running, cycling, swimming, watching football, and petting his cat, Gracie.


Dr. Jessica Faulkner, DPT

Jess became a valued member of the Complete Game family in October 2019, starting as a rehab aide while she was pursuing her academic goals at UMass Lowell. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy as well as a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition from UMass Lowell.

With a background in soccer, including playing on the UMass Lowell club soccer team, Jess brings a deep understanding of sports medicine to her practice. She has a particular passion for addressing knee and hip injuries, and she firmly believes in the transformative power of manual therapy and tailored exercises to help her patients return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys traveling, hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.


Dr. Jeff HaffemanN, DPT

Jeff did his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, graduating in 2014 with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. While at UWL, he played wide receiver for the D3 Eagles and lettered during all 4 of his years. He then graduated in 2017 from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale with his DPT.

His clinical interests and specialities are in pediatric orthopedics and adolescent sports medicine. While in Florida, he specialized with children undergoing limb lengthening and extremity reconstruction and also with young athletes. Since he moved to MA, he has been working extensively with pediatric patients, adolescent athletes, and active adults. He also works regularly at Shriners Children’s in Boston, specializing in burn rehab. He has a vast experience of working with patients after surgery, ranging from simple to complex, and the rehabilitation that follows. The experience he has gained throughout his career while working with patients from different speciality settings has given him a unique ability to connect with patients of all ages. His experience as a college athlete allows him to better connect with his athletes. Jeff strongly believes in the power of therapeutic exercise and motivating his patients to become invested in their recovery. He also finds ways through purposeful play to motivate his younger patients to participate in therapy sessions. 

When not in the clinic, you can probably find Jeff with his wife, Kara, his daughter, Lyla, and his dog, Davie at the beach in Maine.


dr. Lori Merlo, PT, DPT, ATC

Lori earned her Bachelor's in Athletic Training from Westfield State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell.  While at Westfield, Lori ran on the varsity cross country and track teams. As an athletic trainer, Lori has experience working with athletes from the youth sport level through collegiate athletics in sports including ice hockey, cheerleading, basketball, rugby, and baseball. Lori has advanced training in treating patients with hip, pelvis, and lower back pain through Core Exercise Solutions Pelvis Pro certification. She is also certified in dry needling and has advanced training in working with runners and endurance athletes. Lori integrates manual therapy with mobility and strengthening exercises to help each patient get back to doing what they love. Outside of the clinic, Lori enjoys running, hiking, rock climbing, and cooking.


Sarah DeAngelis, PTA, MT, CPT, CES

Sarah is an avid fitness enthusiast who first found her love for physical Therapy after injuring her shoulder. She experienced first-hand the impact that physical therapy could have on someone's life. She decided to pursue her interest and graduated from Baystate College as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2019. Sarah's professional interests include orthopedics and sports medicine, with a special interest in shoulder injuries and baseball rehabilitation. Sarah has been a practicing massage therapist for the last 10 years and maintains both her personal training and corrective exercise specialist certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine. In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as exercising. She also likes to share her passion with local sports teams that her children are affiliated with to ensure they exercise and train properly to avoid injuries.


Dr. Amanda Bednarek, PT, DPT

Dr. Amanda (Weir) Bednarek joined the Complete Game Physical Therapy team in October of 2024. Amanda earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, along with Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Health Sciences, from Duquesne University. With a robust foundation in the sciences, she has dedicated her career to the field of physical therapy, specializing in the treatment of acute, chronic, and post-operative orthopedic and sports medicine injuries across all age groups.

Amanda’s passion lies particularly in rehabilitating knee injuries, with a focus on ACL repairs. She is committed to not only aiding in recovery but also promoting preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of such injuries. Her extensive knowledge and compassionate approach ensure that her patients receive the highest quality of care as they navigate their rehabilitation journeys.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys playing soccer, skiing, baking, and relaxing with her husband and dog.



Bonnie Doremus

Bonnie has worked in the Healthcare Industry for over 23 years prior to joining Complete Game Physical Therapy.  Prior to coming to Complete Game PT, Bonnie worked at Lahey Clinic in various roles within the Internal Medicine and Specialty Departments.  She’s excited to be a part of the team at Complete Game PT working alongside Greg and Andy as the Office Administrator as well as helping create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the patients and their families.

Bonnie is married with one son and she enjoys spending her time volunteering, gardening, traveling, hospitality and spending time with family & friends.  She is an avid football fan and Patriots season ticket holder - and you can be sure that she’s not the one in the family to give up her seats!


Jill Cairns

Jill has worked Operations for customer focused companies over the past 25 years prior to joining Complete Game Physical Therapy. She's managed events and charity committees, and truly enjoys making a difference in people's lives. She’s excited to be a part of the Administrative team at Complete Game PT, "whether you're an associate or a patient, you feel like family. It's a place where everyone feels welcome and I'm happy to help foster a fun and professional environment. It's great knowing we're helping patients feel better and get back to what they love doing."

Jill is married with four children and she enjoys spending her time volunteering, camping, playing yard games, cheering on her kids playing sports, anything outdoors with her husband and kids, and spending time with family & friends. She's always up for a good game of corn hole, don't let her nice disposition fool you, you're going down!


Dr. Greg Crossman Owner, DPT

Greg Crossman, owner of Complete Game Physical Therapy in Lowell Massachusetts

Greg opened Complete Game Physical Therapy in 2016 with the goal of helping athletes and active individuals of all ages get back to the sports and activities they love without missing valuable playing time or losing their competitive advantage. 

Greg has over 20 years experience in sports medicine working with athletes of all levels from youth athletes to professional as well as general population.  He now uses experience to train his staff to help provide the best physical therapy experience possible for patients and families.  

When not in the clinic Greg enjoys spending time with his family, wife Judy, daughter Nora and son Daniel, and mountain biking with his dog Ollie!
