Insurance Waives All Out of Pocket Expenses Related to Telehealth

Hi All,

Just a quick note to follow up on the video we sent out yesterday on telehealth.  If you missed the video click here to watch YouTube .  Information is rapidly changing and I wanted to get the latest information we have out to you ASAP.  Insurance companies have waived all out of pocket expenses for telehealth physical therapy. So that means you will not be charged any copay, coinsurance or deductible for virtual physical therapy visits.

With all that’s going on it’s easy to think that your “normal” pains and issues aren’t important.  It may seem that if it’s not as dramatic as the COVID-19 virus it would be better to just deal with it until all of this passes.  But that’s not true. Pain and injuries still happen, and just because it’s happening doesn’t mean you have to live with them. And now it’s even more convenient and cost effective to ensure that you heal your body and reduce pain while staying safe with the virus.
