This year, we made a major upgrade to our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to PROMP EMR, allowing us to better serve our patients through:

• Kiosk check-in for a smoother clinic experience

• Online scheduling for added convenience

• Online payments to simplify billing and save time

These improvements were designed with one goal in mind: making your experience with CGPT as seamless and patient-friendly as possible.

Giving Back to Our Community

Community involvement remains at the heart of what we do. In 2025, we were proud to:

• Sponsor local races and athletic events

• Host educational workshops for athletes and active individuals

• Provide free Saturday injury risk screenings and recovery sessions, helping community members stay proactive about their health
