Dr. Amanda Bednarek, DPT joined the Complete Game Physical Therapy team in October 2024. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Health Sciences, from Duquesne University. Dr. Bednarek specializes in treating acute, chronic, and post-operative conditions, with a strong focus on youth athletics and the active population.
Dr. Bednarek has a particular passion for rehabilitating knee injuries, especially ACL repairs, and working with lacrosse athletes. A former lacrosse player herself, she brings both personal experience and professional expertise to her care. She also gained valuable experience working with the Army Public Health Center, where she contributed to injury prevention strategies aimed at reducing musculoskeletal injuries in soldiers. This background reinforces her commitment to proactive care and evidence-based prevention.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, skiing, baking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
